Falling Apart

The story behind this piece:
The summer of 2011 I suffered a lot in regards to many different things.  I felt like getting it out of my system and onto paper, so I drew this.  I tried to capture all of the dejection, betrayal, and abandonment that I was feeling.  It's called "Falling Apart" because the girl (me) felt as if she was falling apart and losing control of her life.
(This was done in charcoal.)

Acrylic Ballerina Silhouette

First off, I apologize for the lighting. It's kind of off a bit.
I realize that this is not completely a silhouette, because of the pink dress. I wanted to capture the moment of the dancer and the beauty of the dance, so I didn't put detail into her body features.  Instead I made her body a shadow.  This isn't of a real person. I found a reference of a ballerina from the internet and went off of that.
What do you think of it???
